- 3 practice sessions on the biggest (gnarliest) Hangtown track layout I've ever seen/ridden. Tons of sand brought in too. Good times!
I've never uploaded my first run sight laps before; so this was fun (for me at least) to watch the progression through each session. Tomorrows races will be great! - Розваги
Brings back some memories of when my brother and I used to race there... I'm glad they widened the track some. With the heat predicted for this weekend, I can see things getting a bit dusty. It was fun watching you get a little better each lap. Thanks for the video.
Thank you!
dude that looks gnarly
That's a lot more difficult Hangtown than we normally race. Good luck tomorrow and have fun.
I agree, that looks like they didn't dumb-down the track too much for the amateurs... good luck to you all and stay safe.
Thanks for the Video! I Remember how shocked I was when I Saw the Pros at Hangtown? I didn't think it was Possible to ride that fast! Lol
It's amazing to see what they can do, especially after knowing what it takes to navigate a track like that. Then they do it faster on an even more beat up track. It demands respect.
Love this video, Steve! We all want to post the highlights, but this starting from the beginning is really humanizing, and shows what we all go through when we are trying to learn a new new track. Great post, thanks!
Thanks Chris! It was the toughest track I've ever ridden; for sure!
40c ? At the end of that 1st practice looks like there's still some guys sandbagging in their 40's
Lol, I thought the same thing and was wondering how they let those guys in their with us. THEN I realized they were the teenagers and under 30 C class riders mixed in with us. But still, I was confused too.
Some kids watching saying thats slow i can do that until they get out there this is more like the 90 percent riders those pros are on a different level its crazy how fast they are
Exactly! The video does the track no justice. It even looks slow to me re-watching it. It felt like a slower race than normal too, because you don't want to overshoot or come up short. Gnarliest track I've ever ridden! You have to be so calculated.
@mxrider337 I could t even imagine man that's bad ass I raced till 2010 and messed my knee up and haven't been on a good track like that since we'll done my friend good job
@@buckinrightThank you! Unfortunately I went down at the end of moto 2 (last video uploaded) and sustained an AC type 3 shoulder separation. I'll be sidelined for 2-3 months.
I did have the thought while watching it though - @JLee173B would have sent the Fly jump! :-)
That's not a bad bet to take. Lol
