The first in a series of video showing how to build and play solo elite content in Star Trek Online. That means missions, patrols, and some select TFOs. These builds are different that group centric builds in that they must have some sort of protection, whether that is through tanking or avoidance, it doesn't matter. Some of these will help you determine how you want to set these sorts of builds up.

Thank you for this Auggie, it's tremendously appreciated. I been trying to get better whether farming gear from reputations, or maybe my specializations are wrong, or my skills. However I can improve so I don't die so often in tfos and can eventually farm harder content. This I think everyone can benefit from!

Thanks for making these. I always feel like I learn something new. I always thought that Reverse Shield Polarity was bad and kind of forgot about it but I will have to try to see if it works in any of my set ups. I also never really considered Suppression Barrage either.
It is one of the very few shield abilities that are good for survival. It basically makes you immune to dying while it is running.
Well I WAS going to not buy the mudd intel pack after a long deliberation, but that Exitis trait sure does look fun…
There is a DoFF for the Scramble Sensors and there is also a placate DoFF for Charged Particle burst which placates & also procs your secondary deflector. Just to add to the temporal sci theme going on in the video.
I always suspected it was possible to do a build on a confuse , I just didn't know how.
heres a pro tipp to annoy pvpers even more, use the legendery tliss warbird that can use all skills and fire torps under cloack, use the exitus acta probat+2 intel teams, use torps+torp spread(gagarin trait for 2 additional spreads from csv and faw), since torp spread hits always, and use the competetive wep 2pc set which adds a cloack layer, theoretically it adds only while you dont move, but if you dont move, cloack and then move then you have 2 claocks, then with intel team+exitus you get the effects of 3rd cloack(max aux), just to make sure to annoy pvpers more, and then use torp spread which cant be avoided....profit.
lets be real, the real pvp is before the fight when you argue which parts of game is too op and which are legit, and the one who argues that his consoles/traits from lockboxes that you dont have are legit wins.
I use an exitus build for my lexington. While not the best, i use chrono-capacitor array to cover for the weird timing thing with boimler and two copies of intel team. Keeps exitus up more or less 100% of the time. If it's an intel ship, they would have warp signature masking which i find with my vengeance running exitus, you have a bit of wiggle room with that 5 km distance so even if ships get a bit closer than that, say 3-4 km, you're still untargetable.

The heavy tank strat is also my go to for pvp. Whenever I do a pvp match, mostly for epic endeavors, I always come out killing like 11 or 12 ships to my 1 to 2 deaths! Not too shabby!

I know you have a lot lined up with the new bundle coming out, but did you ever play around with the Emerald Chain Intel Jugg and Veridian plasma weapons with the Vanguard trait?

I you feeel like it if no please disregard this in re the above if I van bein a fleet with out runif mission can you suggest a good fed in holodek and how to ask for a invite ? it would be a life save hop you are much better ty
My disability condition has made it harder to socialise as my control of my hands means my gaming skill has dropped loads. So nowadays I tend to play solo
Id like to see the full build for exitus. Down from skill tree to equipment. Dunno why but intels been a favorite of mine
Skill tree is the same as I use on all of my builds. Really just requires the traits and abilities I have here in place of others on my Adamant Surgical Strikes build.

It’s the Borg queen that dose me every time on normal TFOs but all the other TFOs no issues she just doesn’t like me
Unrelated question, why is the discord asking me to verify with my phone before I can post all of a sudden? I don't wish to share my phone number if that's going to be required?

We had a spam bot the other day. I enabled that to keep anything else from joining before I could remove the invite it used.
Sadly we can't solo on console. Mind you, not sure I'd want to with these appalling server issues.
Rubberbanding is a killer.
TERRIBLE rubber banding!!!! I've only been playing for a few months and am surprised how glitchy, laggy, and buggy this game is. I would have guessed a 12 year old game would have had the issues worked out by now.
We cab solo on ps4.
11:16 They are too busy using Sub nuc beams on you. That not only stacks but also stacks with the different ranks of the skill. So you can get 4 stacls of SN III and other stacks from SN II or I. The devs don't play the game and they are not concerned in make us waste time with this kind of dumb design,
