Prerak ! I have to tell you, you just changed my life and maybe made me a new person. I've been using Anki for some months now and have an exam in 3 days. I'm finishing making my anki cards tonight and will be doing a HUGE MARATHON of anki cards during 2 days before the exam. I know it's not supposed to be used like this, but I want to use Anki now and I only made this decision during reviewing period, so too late to stay uptodate with anki cards during the lessons. Next year i'll be passing the Swiss equivalent of the Step 2. :-) I see the end. Will be a long year of anki studying. Can't wait! Good luck for your USMLE Step 1 and keep up the good work. You really inspire.
Its normal for reviewing uworld block up to 4 to 6 hours at least the first time around. Don't feel bad ! I have done the same!!! N it really helps you answer other questions

It is called Forest ! It allows you to not use your phone while studying. While you study, you grow a tree and then you can see your forest of work for a week or a month. It's pretty fun to use and also helpful.

How can i learn them all ? Do you have any advice or suggestion for my question ? For example i want to memmorize 7 or more different side effects of a drug, I want to memmorize 8 or more contraindication or indications of a drug , How can i do it in a way that i can remember in stressful and urgent conditions ?
