Hello. On SIM slot 1 you will not get reception, because the phone's IMEI code is invalid and the mobile carrier won't let you to register on their network. (I checked the IMEI codes on internet out of curiosity, and the IMEI 1 is invalid)
For $170 you can buy a really good new phone. For a little extra you can get a used high spec one. The realme x50 5g for £210-220 or the oppo find X2 lite for £260 or Reno 2 for the same price. I spent more than I should have £300 and got a Red magic 5G, SD 865 and 140 Hz screen. Even top tier phone's don't have screens that fast. There's absolutely no need to buy fakes.

Quick settings looks exactly like that on my old Marshmallow device. That look debuted in Lollipop, and was still used in Marshmallow which this device seems to be running. Some of the icons on the home screen look older because they're AOSP apps that haven't been updated in ages.
For all the effort they put into these devices they could build legit devices, why do they keep making fake ones? Elephone, I think, is a company who did. You should try some of their phones, they still look like fakes of other devices but they're branded as Elephone. They usually have Mediatek chipsets now and their support as abysmal but they're "legit".

You should test that internal SD card slot to see if it works. (If it doesn't recognize the micro sd card, you might need to format the SD card as FAT32 instead of exFAT if it does not recognize it, this could happen if the sd card is too large for the device to recognize using exFAT)

@@JzE_3d sure there might be someone but to me id rather get another budget phone at that price and it has a real old version of Android. The storage sucks and it would be more embarrassing to have a iphone rip off than a budget phone
