Long gone are the days of the 'bunga-bot, those models are now obsolete, their balling replaced with something far more dangerous:
*Setplay.*
At the start, they would win through punching numbers and taking heads, maybe with some stuff to force gameplans or scare you.
Now? A good robot will be thinking at least 300 frames ahead with shit like new LOIC and REMOTE BOMB.
They might be considered "bottom rung" at the tier list these days, but just like all of the other vanilla cast now, they've got proper honest-to-god setplay and are not to be underestimated.

the reason staff is busted AF (debatably more than moon walker and lams other mods in my opinion) is the fact that he has an answer to everything at either no cost or minimal cost, and is coated in INVUL frames from head to fucking toe. mix that with how rediculious his damage is on said safe moves and.... well... yo get the picture here.
Mhmm, I often talk about how vanilla chars are cracked as shit due to their sheer versatility. A lot of inklessbrush's characters counterbalance it through sheer brute force.
Staff is what happens when they've got both. One of the few cases where a mod is genuinely above vanilla tier.
