mr floyd larry has always felt like my secret artist but i’m so glad he’s getting more recognition. he makes awesome music
yup found this vid abt a month ago been hooked on his music
wish i had this when i wandered alone through that snow field once, where i couldn't see behind or infront of me and every direction was white. Up, above, the sky was obscured by white. Below was more snow. The only colour I had was the red of my knuckles and my red clothes. Other than that, it was silent and I was alone and it was so nice when I ultimately tripped over my own legs and fell face-first into the plumage of the white. I had rolled onto my back then and just stared up as the snowflakes peppered my skin. God. I miss the tranquility I had then, but I had to go home eventually and arguably the warmth and orange of my little home windows was maybe a nicer sight to see than the freezing cold expanse for miles and miles.
I wish it snows again, but it probably isn't. I'll remember that short moment forever though, thank you for making this playlist and reminding me of pleasant memories. :)

When I was in middle school we had this big blizzard and it was a total white out. Was hanging out with a friend and then started walking home. Just walking home on the empty streets feeling total alone with the snowfall being the only noise. Love when it snows because it just covers everything and deafens the sound

Слушай, очень в точку. Слушаю сейчас и буквально вспоминаются моменты, происходившие ровно 4 года назад, в декабре 2018. Какая-то очень знакомая зимняя атмосфера. Тогда казалось, что я нахожусь в очень тяжёлом положении, но к Новому Году многое разрешилось. И как-то легко на душе становится, когда вспоминаешь, сколько всего разного довелось пережить. Это вдохновляет жить дальше. Будто бы я, слушая эти песни, начинаю учиться дружить с самим собой, в духе "братан, помнишь это? Мы это прошли вместе, так что давай, не унывай". Странное чувство, но оно очень мне сейчас помогает.

Мне служить ещё полтора года на контакте, но даже в таких ограниченных от гражданской жизни условиях, я всё ещё вспоминаю и дорожу теми моментами, когда был со своей семьёй, ходил в школу или колледж. Слушал какую-либо музыку и шел наедине сам с собой, задумываясь о жизни проходящих мимо тебя людей. О чем тут можно говорить, атмосфера панельных домов хоть иногда и вгоняет в меланхолию от осознания того, что я являюсь лишь частью огромного муравейника, всё равно по своему успокаивает. Тоскливо успокаивает..., особенно когда видишь, что в этих самых окнах кипит чья-то чужая жизнь, на которую ты не имеешь никакого влияния

I recently got into a huge fight with my buddy the other night. Stuff just kept piling up between the two of us and we both blew up at each other (I was the one to start it which hurts even more). I've never met them in real life and we've been talking every single day for the past 4 years so all I have is talking to them online. They decided that we should take a break from talking just to clear the air and I agreed because that might be for the best, I don't want to lose them. They mean the world to me.
In an attempt to distract myself, I went looking for a long video essay or something and clicked on this video because it had a cat picture and because it was a music playlist.
When I say I let out sobs hearing this music for the first time -- I mean it. I don't know why this struck such a cord with me, maybe it's their voice, or the echo/distortion, or the happy hopeless feelings I experience with this style of music. Maybe it was the fact that one day, everyone will leave me, and this is how I would choose to cope. Laying there, in the dark, on Christmas eve and crying -- was so... nice.
Thank you so much for making this playlist, I know I sound dramatic and lame, but it really helped me keep my cool
