I can't thank you enough for the work you've done. I read all of Goodnight PunPun solely because this playlist was so special to me.

Many people noticed that playlist doesn't match PunPun's vibes. But I like that. Its like the author pictured his family as birdies and firstly look so innocent and weird but you know something is wrong. I like when, for example, some shit happens and at that moment some cheerful songs play. this controversion resonates too much for me like bittersweet
personally i think this playlist captures the innocence portion of his childhood and teenage years before everything goes to shxt. not necessarily the rest of the dark themes later down the line. im reminded of a lot of earlier panels while listening to this.
Would be a great juxtaposition between the dark themes and playful style with these songs as opening & closing. I could see the first song as the opening for sure. The upbeat feeling would pair nicely with the trauma I think. Like red wine & steak…

for anyone who enjoys this type of music i recommend the band tempalay, they have a very similar vibe and are extremely underrated!

Love this playlist! But the song 'Graduation' by HYUKOH and 'Dancing in the rain' by Meaningful Stone is Korean indie rock. Happy to hear their music and glad to know the new fancy indie rock track through this video :-)

It's like every song could fit into almost any scene. Either as a satirical vibe to chill the scene out (like the whole bird persona does to very dark themes) or as a relaxing or fun vibe. Like when his mom dies, when he and Aiko are on the run, or when he's on that lame date with Kanie lol or just being dorky kids

I like how the parts of these playlists play out as to how Punpun grows up. From part 1 being a not so innocent childhood up to part 3 in where everything is much darker. Kudos to the creator!

I read the entirety of oyasumi punpun with this in the background (with part 2 & 3), and i decided to have the first one in the background for the last chapters and it really made me tear up.
This playlist was posted not long after my brother had died. When I found it it brought a lot of comfort to me, and I was constantly playing it on loop. One day I even had it on loop all day while I was rereading one of my favorite fanfics. I still smile every time one of these songs comes on from my Spotify shuffle.
