Website pe use krne k liye US me business registration karke US ka koi payment gateway laga skte ho. Fir itna easily refund nhi jaygi payment apki.

Bhai is case me bas aap buyer k sath baat karke hi resolve kr skte ho. Or agar PayPal already uske favour me dediya decision to ab kuch nhi ho skta. Next time se proper documentation Krna transaction se pehle.
Payment must be in paypal wallet. Call paypal and ask them to refund the payment. You won't have to pay anything extra. If you have delivered the goods or services then provide them the proof.

PayPal won't be able to deduct money from your bank account but you won't be able to use PayPal again.

PayPal Cannot deduct any amount from your bank account. They will just refund from the original payment.

PayPal have chargeback to me 60$ although I have not received payment from buyer and he file case for chargeback 😢
