I would put the rollers in your hair right away when it’s still warm that’ll help it last the longest. I normally don’t use any clips when I do Velcro rollers
I ❤️ velcro rollers! I would recommend that you put your hair in the rollers right after you curl, while it's still hot, then let it cool completely and take them out. Also, don't put the clips on the top of the roller. Instead, put the clip on the bottom of the roller, close to your head. 😊
I have thick, 2c hair that would frizz naturally 😊so I’ve been setting and drying my hair on rollers old school forever! I have a standing hair dryer (like a salon) and so I can read my iPad, soak my feet and relax instead of drying my hair (which would take over an hour by hand!). Just an FYI for other people who might have the same hair type. And then I can straighten with iron or whatever to style it.

Hairstylist here! Look up on base rollers :) your rolling them off base. Meaning least amount of volume and when you roll them on base it will be easier to use the clips the right way and to not leave marks :)
If you’re ever only applying to roots OR ends and not both at the same time, definitely try doing it upside down as it gets the other section of hair out the way 😊
I love my velcro curlers. I like to take a straightener and run over the section and then curl it up right after before it cools. Let it cool then take it down. It makes a great blowout look too.

Should be doing spray oil and then mousse to style. Condition then style.

You can clip the rollers underneath to the base of the roller by your scalp. I’m really bad at explaining things, so I hope this makes sense 😂

3) styling products
Clip them from underneath the roller! Not on top and you'll avoid the kinks 😊
