39 bucks for those crown zenith premium collection boxes was a steal. Some of my favourite premium collection boxes was the three eevee evolution vmax premium collection boxes featuring jolteon, flareon & vaporeon, I remember buying them for around $80AUD each, they’ve gone up quite a bit since. I've got 3 Mew UPC's in my sealed collection. I opened one and had unbelievable luck getting 3 SAR's! Which makes me tempted to go again ha. Really struggling to find acrylics for them though, my Zard ones are all in acrylics but I can only find plastic cases for these. Appreciate the honesty in the video and so glad you said no to the battle stadiums cos I hate those things!
One other sealed product as well from the new sets could be the Paldean Fates tins, probably only the charizard one. Because you’ve got the guaranteed Charizard promo right there with 5 booster packs. So if you get it at a good price I think it’s a steal
Just adding my personal opinion on the collection boxes (especially at an investment perspective) is how tricky they will be to ship. The packaging isn't exactly durable and often have a very unnecessary size to them. This adds to the already high shipping costs which I'm sure buyers will be conscious of... I'd agree, beside booster boxes, the ETBs or UPCs are the way to go 👍
Important and informative for people wanting to try their hand at investing. There are loads of junk products and this video is a good lesson in picking the right stuff. When I started out I bought everything that looked cool. Now I really only buy booster boxes, PC etb's, and the occasional specialty boxes, though product size is a big factor on those when thinking about shipping it for resale.
Another possible display/collectible/investment as a sealed product are sealed displays of the special set booster bundles. The sealed boxes don’t look bad, and they’ve got 10 booster bundles inside so that’s 60 packs all together.

I love UPCs, they look awesome on display but I do try an avoid buying them purely for storage reasons. They are massive, and if you invest in multiple boxes they will take up alot of storage space. I do really like the Charizard UPC though. Those 3 promos are beautiful. I especially like the vstar mew v Charizard that matches up with the vstar from Zenith. Evo skies packs in the box as well. Pretty darn good box.
From what I've learned, sealed product is king. Anything that takes up the least amount of space, booster boxes/bundles. And anything with a very popular pokemon as the main hit like fusion strike and lost origin
Great video! I love the tip about the Tyranitar + Lucario box (even though the latest version does not have 2 packs of Evo Skies, they were replaced with AR ). It's a great product for cheap, and makes an awesome gift for a kid if you are in a bind. I bought 10 boxes from Sams for $400 USD + tax. That's less than $3 a pack; you really can't go wrong. It's probably going to rise in price right along with the booster boxes. I'm also a huge fan of the 3-pack blister. You have to shop around a lot more to find them cheap, but they always seem to command huge premiums. A Team-up 3 pack is up to $200 USD and a Flashfire 3 pack is $500 - that's crazy!
I’m making a call back here, but you could argue that the “My First Battle” is more of an inherently valuable piece because someday it’s going to bring that nostalgia back to people when they grow up and because nobody is looking at it as an investment, all those boxes are going to be ripped into and destroyed by kids now so there won’t be many clean ones left… just some thoughts!

Current stuff i would focus on those two sets while they are obtainable. 151 regardless how anyone personally feels about it will age extremely well..zenith was printed a lot but it’s still an amazing set. I think those two sub sets will do just fine.
No to collection boxes, use that money towards a Booster box instead. When the day comes to have to ship those flimsy collection boxes, the price of shipping it will suck.

Hello I don't understand why a booster box of evolving skies is like 500USD and Evolving Skies ETB is like 70-80 USD. their is a huge price per pack difference. My main strategy these days are booster boxes in English and if there’s no booster box in English substitute it with a Japanese booster box. Keeping it simple.

I think they are worth investing in. There are young kids playing scarlet and violet, and it is their first experience with pokemon. When those kids enter the market, the scarlet and violet cards are going to shoot up in value. Im not saying they will be first edition charizards or anything, but they are the cheapest they will ever be.

You really can’t go wrong with either, but personally I prefer the paldea evolved booster box
