The lady then attempts to grab the camera out of the camera man (dan) hands, and starts ripping at it. Lofe then attempts to physically put himself inbetween her and the camera and pull her off dan. In this process MAYBE the lady is completely accidentally is hit with like 30% power to the face. She then screams “you just punched me” which is just obviously completely not what happend. They’re then physically pushed out of the office when they were in the process of leaving. The people in the office scream at then, and the lady continually makes the claim “you just hit me in the face.” Over and over. At this point they’re just arguing and the bit is about dropped, the lady asks for a sheriff, and they’re walking away still arguing with the steve guy. Then a lady who was inside the building comes over with a sheriff and screams “these guys assaulted a pregnant woman”, couple things with this, one we’ve already been over why this isnt true. Two, why a pregnant woman? How is that a relevant detail, could it be they know they’re wrong trying to make the situation sound worse? And three, this lady didnt give a singular peep when this lady was supposedly “assaulted”, shows that they’re blatantly painting a mistruth. Eventually they talk to the police officers, and they dont do anything or really care that much. Because the situation was really nothing of note, they were told to go in there, they were recording, and it was completely blown out of proportion. They handled this situation like children, and they have the mental maturity of children.

One, the fact nobody made a sound when she was supposedly hit, and from the people we can see they dont seem to be giving the reaction of “my pregnant coworker was just socked in the face by an adult man”. Two, she has no physical marks of someone hit in the face, theres no bruising, theres no cut, shes standing completely fine, she doesn’t fall over, or even look as if shes in any pain at all. 3. She completely changes the story midway through, at first, she claims a punch, then later, she claims an elbow hit her. With all of these details accounted for what probably happened was, she started grabbing at dan and the camera, lofe attempts to put himself inbetween them and runs into his elbow. Which is a far cry of the situation she was painting, therefore she is lying and falsely accusing. The rest of what you state isn’t really relevant at all, they didnt know about the camera rule at this point, and if they did follow the rules, who knows what they would of done, they were willing to blatantly lie with a camera filming it, imagine they didnt have that.

Tell me about it. It happened to a very popular and older teacher nearing retirement a couple towns over from me. Two little girls accused him of touching them in the classroom. His wife got so upset over it she took a stroke and died. During the trial, the girls wrote a note to the judge saying they did it as a joke and they were sorry. But their parents forced them to retract it and go on with the trial. He was found innocent. But the State still pulled his teachers license "just in case." He had to mortgage his home to pay the lawyers bills. He was forced to retire. He wasn't well to begin with and it affected his health so bad that he died within a couple years. The newspaper did a write up on him where they praised him and talked about what a good man he was. As I read it I said to myself "too fucking late....where the hell were you when he NEEDED you?"
