Leagues club owned team in a working class area so the salary cap is about all the panthers have to spend, I can understand why the guys left for better money, they have a short playing career and need to set themselves up for life. Privately owned clubs have wealthy mates who can pay third party payments.

A good winger that can defend and score could make the difference to a side that is struggling to crack the 8 to becoming genuine threats.
