You can get a string with a small plastic bag tied to it and vacuum it through. The string is light enough for the suction to pull it through, no matter how long the run is.

Yup, use ear size piece of grocery bag and vacuum for many years never failed and FAST!!!
@@LOL_1DAYI tried that technique with emt recently but the suction was pulling it for some reason
