This song was made into a song based on the poetry of Yun Dong-ju, a resistance poet, during the days when Korea was fighting against Japanese imperialism.
His poems are beautiful and lyrical, but show a genius that contains the consciousness of resisting Japanese imperialism.
Yun Dong-ju was arrested by the Japanese and was sacrificed in a cruel and inhuman experiment to make biological and chemical weapons.
