I modified it a little bit. Skipped the paneer (didn't have it). Added some chopped green chillies and coriander stem. And finally garnished with some coriander leaves. Turned out to be awesome
Veere sha gaya...I m a home cook and I made this today the way you told us with all seasonal veggies. I just replaced desi ghee with extra virgin olive oil from borges. Butter te thok ke paya. No extra spices and my mom loved it.. Love you bro 😊

I cooked it last night following all the steps as is. It came out amazingly good. Everyone loved it. I served it with Missi Roti, yummy.

He uses custom made knives from Iceland..
