My attention flies in 15 different directions at department stores. Definitely a different experience! I appreciate being able to just truly enjoy what a brand has to offer. You aren't going to get the Hermes champagne experience but it's phenomenal to be able to speak to the owner while shopping.
I’ve been to their store thrice this year and every time Laurent’s there and is very welcoming, asking where I came from and how I heard about their product. To be honest, it was one of the best customer services that I’ve received as well. The girls there are always very helpful and was advising me which bag and colour would work for my wardrobe. Now it’s in my list again for my next Paris trip!
It's heartwarming to see the owner be there at the store. That just tells me that he cares. And we all should support business owners that care about their products and customers! Thanks for sharing!

Wow, this was a super unique video, and thank you for being the first to review their Capucine bag! Can you tell me whether their lizard texture bags have any kind of unpleasant smell? I've been intrigued by some of their embossed leathers but never pulled the trigger simply because I already own a lizard texture bag that I end up never using because I didn't like the smell, and this was one that I purchased new, not used.
Thanks! I had fun doing this video even tho I was running around like a mad person 😂 The embossed leather does have a distinctive smell but it's not unpleasant to me. Both my croc and lizard embossed bags from Ateliers august and RSVP have the same smell. Hopefully that helps!
He does really well with feedback, I have emailed with him in the past and he was very responsive and informative. I'm excited to hear that maybe the closure will be updated in 2025 bc I want the mini marly,. Still loving my Sully in taupe and bc it is weather resistant its a great option for bad weather days without having to pre-treat the bag. In the past I rarely used taupe bags in the winter. I love all their new color ways as well. That Capucine is pure elegance. I thought Kelly vibes immediately. I won't be getting a Kelly anytime soon so this is a great alternative without being a "dupe"/copy, which I don't go for.

I like your channel and this was great to get an interview with him but I do think that sometimes Americans do not realize the volume of their voice snd way we sometimes speak. You did ask him good questions but constantly going “ya, yea” the whole time is not how to interview someone. Maybe a few “yes’s” here and there and lower your speaking volume while realizing that you come off as an aggressive American… it can go a long way because he was a little more softer and reserved so it sounded aggressive at him. Overall good to have this interview, thank you for bringing it to us but the way you act as the interviewee represents America to them. Thank you.

As a journalist I have nothing to complain about her interview style (except that she was not neutral, hahaha). You have to take into consideration that the mike is on her, so her voice seems to be louder. It is her first interview on this channel, - I don‘t know her profession - and it was very interesting. I think the Co-Founder feeled her excitement for the brand and she was a bit nervous, what makes her really likeable. The good interviews are those with two personalities… 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
