Cada vez que veo a Selena siento una mezcla de mucha alegría, porque su voz y su música levantan el ánimo a cualquiera, y al mismo tiempo siento una profunda tristeza, como si la hubiera conocido, como si me hubieran quitado algo preciado. No sé si otros sienten lo mismo, pero es algo que no puedo evitar.
Yo cuando escucho su música siento como el sentimiento que ella le ponía, y me da alegría escucharla, pero recuerdo que ella ya no está, y se me viene un hueco enorme en el corazón y me dan ganas de llorar
Hearing the audience sing her song faithfully, brought me to tears. I think those folks would have crossed mountains for her. The love in that arena was palpable. And, you get a real sense of just how grateful Selena was to her fans. The placement of her hand on her chest as they sang her song shows so much emotion. She truly was a unique person. Fame changes most people. But, for her, she was extremely proud of her roots. She humbly kept her feet grounded. And she always reminded her fans that she was truly thankful for their loyalty. She was one in a million. And let us not forget, a huge groundbreaker for many women that followed her path. Her music and mark in this world will live on forever..❤️ 🌹
