You could always use a bind to line up stuff like this, bird looking for D2 nade lineups was probably because it's actually in the map pool now. The grenade crosshair update just makes things more convenient.

you finally line up the smoke, your team has already rushed b, planted the bomb, defended the bomb, the bomb has actually exploded. the smoke lineup was off by 1 pixel, it misses

Theres a way to full smoke CT by crouching behind X box and lining up with one of bolts, its way easier to do and safer lol, it lands on the CT box corner, i forget who has a video of it, maybe austincs
I tried this smoke today!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 It turned out that I was half a milimeter away from the dot i was looking for about 35-45 seconds. Smoke exploded on top of the skybox. I somehow managed to survive my way into the window but at the time I got on the B bombsite, the time was out. I was mocked and kicked from the match.

When looking for nade spots I try to find places where I can lean against a wall or prop and slightly change angle or height every throw to see if I still can land the smoke. This is the opposite
just tested it and as expected the giant gap on top right let's you see Ts going to B window if you boost yourself on the right box (which is super easy to do)
I was so good a call of duty that I used to throw semtex crossmap directly at the enemy at the beginning of the game, mostly in Summit or in Firing Range, 2 of my favourites maps
If those COD games existed in the same way in the modern era you literally would start every match getting 10 man nuked on both teams. If there was a “lineup” culture like there is in modern esports it would have been the most unplayable and unfun time in all of gaming, or it would be like modern COD where that stuff isn’t possible but you trade that game design for a furry Nicki manaj comes down and twerks on you as a killstreak
The smoke takes to long to line up so you have to split up the team 1 upper tuns, 1 cat, and 1 long door just to make sure the ct's don't push out behind you and get a free kill. Much better to do it the fast way and do a hard push to b with 2 upper tuns and 3 mid.
