Not to give Jeff the big head, but he’s really helped organize this incredible content you’ve created, Mike. Makes going back and studying even more accessible.
Outside of training I’d love to see some kind of posing video from you Mike. Highlighting your strengths and weaknesses. How to hit a couple key poses and some Titan tips on separating yourself from the rest when posing. Very basic. For those who are looking to start competing.
My most recent arms training session I executed the bicep curls exactly how you all had in that previous video and i have been able to understand why you say to do it now, this early, in your 20s and me being 22 it isn’t too late for me to get this going! Really appreciate what you all do for us!
I’m passing everyone too and tired of getting stared at . Two a days and a lot of rest. Holy smokes the weight these guys push is amazing . I can see mikes face getting thinner . He’s about to make dudes 20 years younger look behind 😂😂again. Good job, it’s quite a process and takes dedication . I want to see a day s meals .
Those CHEAt curls helped out a lot .70 felt like my 40 but obviously slower .No swing with it but the slower motion to bring elbows up helps with time under tension
I love your videos and years of knowledge. I feel like you have to get away from the haters. Stop trying to defend yourself and focus on only positive content. Your the best in the industry and don't need to explain that to haters out there. It comes across that you don't believe 100 percent in yourself when you try and explain yourself when you don't need too. Focus all your energy on your Titan Crew, nutrition and workouts.
Hey have you ever done the laying down tricep extension on a decline bench? I have seen it done on the incline bench but was just wondering if doing them in a decline bench would be worth it? What do you boys think?
Would love more vids on healthy joints. My elbows are absolutely messed. Been training for 15 years now. In my late teens and early 20s I loved going heavy with tricep extensions. I got great results too. But now I'm 28 and my elbows are in serious pain. I work out at home so only have access to dumbells and barbells, ez bar. I can only train triceps once every couple of weeks because of the pain, and even then I've got to test the waters, start of slowley and light, gauge the pain levels that day. Any recomendations for tricep work, helping to keep the elbows pain-free? I've been doing what Stan Efferding did for his knees. He had knee pain and went on the bike for 5 mins a few times a day, just to get the blood in there. Been doing that for elbows, three times a day, just doingreally light tricep extensions, getting the blood in there. Any other tips? Would be much appreciated!
I'd love to see a more comprehensive video on the way to build the foundation of arm size like you mentioned. The videos before that you made were fantastic but I fell like you have such a wealth of knowledge and experience on the subject that would be so cool to glean more from
Hey mike, according to you is close grip bench the best exercise for triceps? Which is the only exercise would you recommend for tris? And what about Titan press?
All makes sense, shouldn't go 100% every workout, gotta ease back at times. It's like a car. Slamming your foot on the pedal will make you speed off initially. But then you've got to ease back, take your foot off the gas, then slam it on again to go even faster, full throttle.
With all due respect I always go 💯 every workout. Every rep and set I put everything I got into it. But I also eat a lot of food for recovery. Recovery is the most important thing
@@rojo4097 don't over eat. But nutrition is very important for recovery. Your muscles need all the protein and everything else that food had to recover. Being that sore is knowing that you broke down muscle and food helps it repair and grow
From a powerlifting prospective, giving 100% everytime will only lead to burnout or injury. This is the reason most strength training and strength sports use periodization. The body isn't ment to be at peak performance year round.
Pure monster in this video..... Big Mike shout me out if you read this comment below!!!!!!!!! That why I will definitely know you read sum of the comments
I want to know more about water. If Mike thinks water makes you have that very cut and ripped look almost like he is shiny as when he posed in the mirror with Rich Piana or that Russian guy he posed and said he was on three gallons a day. Can’t imagine anyone can drink two gallons of water every day consistently it’s nuts.
.. maybe it was the angle.. but, man, it looked that black guy was about to clip the top of his head on each rep of the tri extensions...was giving me anxiety, ha..
Why?? 4am 🙄🤨 how sad n not normal hmm and on Friday n Saturdays Sunday wow just wow my god enjoy the weekend/life be a adult and not boring. Why mask when working out not good for breathing need to breathe alot hmm
One again killing it at 4:30 in the morning! Love you guys, keep the motivation coming fellas! Nice!! Pumped for my next training session!!

There is some great knowledge in Mike's videos.

Hey have you ever done the laying down tricep extension on a decline bench? I have seen it done on the incline bench but was just wondering if doing them in a decline bench would be worth it? What do you boys think?
You should try it man. Reduces a lot of the tension off your elbows and keeps constant tension on the triceps. Best variation in my opinion.

You must be under 35-40 because you will experience injuries as you get older going 100% every workout

We easily drink a gallon during the workout, then sip throughout the day on the other. simple
great info Mike, gotta say tho, whoever designed that hat should be fired

what is the best recovery for tricep tendon?
@KING SMOKE781 definitely assists a whole lot but dang the tendon is harder to heal without rest and ice.
Look into bpc-157. Regenerates tendon ligaments, muscle, etc.
@@Vlikdude thanks...

Why do they all tie thier laces like that

Heath Evans left Power Building because Mike kicked him out of his house.
First of all, Mona kicked him out...
Super ripped and in shape aren't really the same thing my guy. If you get as lean as you need to for a show it isn't healthy tbh
On the new tren and stimpy
Too much joking around personally. I prefer to just train alone.
I go to the gym around 10p. Until they closed AGAIN. Bullshit
Is mike ohearn bulking now? He looks really full in the face and bulky, mike you cant possibly get any bigger? 😂
