Подобное жаркое готовят практически все восточные народы, только кто тот специи ещё больше и разнообразнее добавляет,кто то меньше,кстати это ооочень вкусно,я по другому и не готовлю это блюдо,к сожалению не на костре, а приготовленная пища на открытом огне намного вкуснее.😊

Delicious simple meat and turnip dish and nice to view the whole family is enjoying the meal together 😊
It looks delicious, but it is not "a simple meat and turnip dish".
One must have their kind of natural (probably lamb) meat, a stone pot, a wood fired stove, other veggies home grown, plus the spices like masala, and when you put it all together only then can you have such a delicious meal. Try to make it in our countries on the electric/gas stove and you will see the final result is different. I tried a few of these Central Asian recipes, in our modern kitchen, and the experience was not the same. Cooking their dishes is far from simple, as we can see on all these UA-cam videos, it takes so many elements to have.
Like all of us here, I too thoroughly enjoy viewing videos such as this one.
@@blackpearl8574 Да, ладно вам нести ерунду .Есть чугунные кострюли с покрытием , есть духовые шкафы .Отличная получается еда .Зелень , мясо на рынке берите , а не в магазинах , там конечно дороже ...И будет вам счастье)) ...
Как-то смотрела их ролик , как они с детьми шли черт знает куда ...на природу .И несли с собой мешок по очереди .Я думала будут шашлыки на природе готовить.Нет, картошку - чипсы готовили .Очень "оригинально" )) ...
Если мы собираемся на природу , то мясо , овощи , зелень , фрукты закупаем ..Вот это называется кушать на природе , а не чипсы с перцем ))
@@blackpearl8574 i have also been to Central Asia and agree that they would taste close but not the same. Their oils are not as refined, fresh meat & produce, spices are pungently fresh and the fire & smoke no doubt adds flavour to the recipes. They also use ghee as well as lamb fat to cook with. I became very sick the 25 days I was there even though they assured me it was beed, they cooked it in lamb fat which kept me sick but otherwise full of flavour
@@AidaJof Sorry to hear you had some problems, I can imagine. I myself have huge curiosity to try all kinds of food, which is the reason why at home I cook the stuff from all four corners of the world.
