There has been a research by some western experts on why hunza valley people have longer life then even western countries and they found out the secret was hunza bread which is made by mixture of various grains flour like barley, wheat, corn , lentals etc. This news got so famous in west that now hunza bread receipt can be found googling it over internet mostly by western people. Basic family togetherness has long gone in most our families.
