@Grind with da Winning team hoe You dont understand how things work. Just Breed them with a perfect ditto and you have the perfect pokemon with right EVs.

@@zacharybecker8228 well you can always buy a ability patch for 200BP. So thats no problem too.
This is really good to know you don’t need to switches or a friend to restart and trade over starters, btw feebas is really annoying to evolve might be a great video idea in the future 😉

@@parkey8936 At least it’s easier to find if you’re in a group since the tiles sync, meaning you won’t have to spend as long looking with a bit of cooperation.

Austin, hope you read this. Fairy type statue thing is broken, it actually boosts Psychic type. It is weird.

@@MisterX867 Ralts is psychic, so no problem for that one.
I discovered because togepi. I had no fairy statues, so I spend an afternoon collecting. I used 3, and a ton of mr mimes apeared, and that made sense (psy/fairy), but togepi diminished a lot. When I reached max boost, togepi went missing completely, tons of non fairy psychics started to appear, like chinglings showed up a lot.
After I tested filling the room with Psychic statues and the effect was exactly the same. Then I removed everything and I started to get togepi again.
All of that was done on the crystal caves using the celestic entrance

Yes Austin John, I would have been PISSED if you got a shiny Chimchar first try post game and I have reset 685 times for a shiny one to start the game.
I know right the man had to call me out like that
I'm 687 resets in no shiny monkee yet, I'm not quitting I'm gonna get the pink boi

If you use more than 1 of the same berry it will be foul regardless
Don't use two or more of the same berry. If you're doing everything right it's probably because you're using multiple, which will always result in a foul poffin.

Wait... Que you telling me I have spent all this days shiny hunting my starter when I could just get it later? OMG way too go, that information would have been great on launch day Austin!!
Keep in mind also if you are doing online version, if you manage to find another players' hideout with the effect you need, you can activate from their hideout too.
First, a thing to clear up: you actually don't have to wait until the post game to do this. If you clear the Sinnoh dex prior to beating the Champion, you gain access to the expanded Pokemon availability, including starters. (Source: I did this; I caught every 'mon except the Piplup line before the E4, and caught Piplup in the Underground prior to taking it on.)

Well, I've caught 'em all. For me, the most elusive starter was Mudkip.
Just learned that starter pokemons in the grand underground have 1 egg moves and I tested on other pokemons. I caught a dratini with extreme speed.

ok so I never played the original, prob gonna get Diamond & Spidey 3 tix for my bday/xmas combo 🥳 will I need to play thru the game first to get the other starters? Blaziken might be my favorite, but want to experiment with them & new move sets etc. thanks hombre with the same nombre 🤙🏻🔥🍻
Thing is I can't complete the regional dex/obtain the national dex until friday due to the Driftbloon but before I get the national dex I'm gonna try get the living regional dex apart from pearl exclusives since I'm a diamond player, once I get the national I imagine finding the pokemon i want underground will be harder

I have never connected via the internet as I do not have a NSO sub, and I have never gotten 40 digletts, but I have seen chicorita and bulba so many times. I also found a few green statues but never put them up in my base.

i know this might be a stupid question but what level do they evolve because if they are level 60 does that mean i need to level them up until level 80 or 100 or something? please someone help.
@@topazsz so normally they evolve at level 14 or 16 but since they are over that level you just have to level them up twice to get the final evolution

Is bidril a good HM slave since it can learn all four cut strength rock smash and rock climb ( what would you recommend) since garydose learns surf and waterfall and do you need a Pokémon with defog flash and fly? It's a beast! I have an adamant one full ev trained with max ivs in attack, defense, and speed in sun and moon.

Quick question, do you need to be post game or have the national Dex to get all the Sinnoh starters? (Chimchar, Piplup, and Turtwig) (That was there just in case I was wrong about them being Sinnoh starters)
Yes, you need to defeat elite 4 and Cynthia, complete the sinnoh dex (you don't have to catch them all, just see them all in battle), and then you get the national dex.
