I love how family guy always has this very cinematic soundtrack is so unnecessary but is really nice
I did not expect to see you here.
hello again
not nice!!!!!
Very true
among us animation guy
I've always been very fond of the Family Guy soundtrack. Despite the crassness of his content, Seth MacFarlane has always had an affinity for very classy tunes.
Need you repeat yourself, old boy.
I think that’s what makes the soundtrack better. The songs are so classy but the griffin family are not lol
Seth is great admirer of musical theater.
Murphy is like the John Williams of television.
You're Rigth Brother ;)
he also co composed the Filmmore show ost
@@NeilNileStudios you're right!!! Man that show is so underrated
Nah it’s Ramin Djwadi is the Hans zimmer of television
Agreed :D
11:22 You have no idea how happy I am to have stumbled upon this.
same
I feel like these songs don’t get too much love from the fans as much as the musical numbers. A pity, these are really good and underrated songs.
I might hate modern Family Guy but goddamn do I love the soundtrack.
@TurkeyBean&Tea Going from bad to mediocre isn't good either
@Family Guy Full Free Episodes 1080p your right
07:05 Yeah, you can hear that he did soundtrack for the old DuckTales series.
I’ve always loved the music in Family Guy, even as a kid watching it at night to fall asleep. I don’t watch it as much, but when I see a clip the music always stands out. It’s so weird to combine crude humor with music this heavenly haha.
family guy had its highs and lows but one thing that stayed the same amazing quality is the soundtrack. it nevar fails to make me hum along!
Family Guy - a series that is sometimes as vulgar as clever!
You can say what you want, but the pretty serious written music by Walter Murphy (A Fifth of Beethoven) and Ron Jones (Superman - The Animated Series) is much fun to just listen to and to get surprised by fast tempo and rhythmic changes, anytime.
Enjoy!
Ron Jones also compose the music for DuckTales (1987)
I wish i could find the cutaway music, like when they switch scenes
ua-cam.com/video/jvtN_WxuSic/v-deo.html has some of it

Eh Kinda
I wish Walter Murphy would do some music scores for movies more, because his music on Family Guy is excellent. It reminds me of Elmer Bernstein’s music. If Walter does more movie scores, he would be the Elmer Bernstein of Modern Cinema.
For such a mean spirited show, Family Guy has such a happy soundtrack.
If I had to choose one composer for all of my movies, it would have be this guy: Murphy.
Murphy or Danny Elfman for me
I respect your opinions.
i love murphy and all but please give jones some love as well
Ron Jones should come back on writing for Star Trek.
Murphy and John Williams for me
Who knew a show about fart jokes would be so orchestral?
Music can carry a show for seasons!
Sad ain't it. That the worst shows in writing has the best musical compositions.
Honestly love the style of music here. Kinda brings me back to the old Looney Tunes and Ren and Stimpy in a lot of ways.
I hope there's a second volume coming.. please.. :D
Walter Murphy and Ron Jones’s music on this show is my jam.
dude, thanks for uploading that, im so gonna use it for my own editions
Love this video, the music has surprisingly helped me relax, wish it was much longer though. Too bad the newer Family Guy episodes have shifted away from using this genre of music :(
0:00 That’s my damn favorite soundtrack
3:04 is good but I agree with you
6:11 Ron Jones’ adult film score
6:16 Walter Murphy’s adult film score
6:22 John Williams’ adult film score
Love or hate Family Guy, you can't deny it's got banging music
If you want more, I suggest listening to the soundtracks for the Family Guy video games.
They are all just as amazing.
Just great
I love this
I want this Album
I really like the music they use
adorable
0:50 love the jaunty bass on this one
0:31 I love it!!!
the music, is jut really talented. A lot of it uses the family guy motif and turns it into so many different ideas. Huge talent Walter Murphy is. Love the music as much as the comedy. I do not find much american comedy funny if any but family guy and Seth Macfarlane and working with Walter Murphy produce some top quality american comedy!!!!
Big part of my childhood Ron Jones sound
Coooollll!! Daddio
12:08
Ridin' On the buus,
Ridin' on the buus,

Shut up or ill brake every bone in your body!
Peter: I WISH I HAD NO BONES!
12:03 love this part
‘Riding on the bus, riding on the bus’
Road to Europe is lovely. I wish more family guy episodes had title cards like that
The second last one is from a pink panther movie, 'Hong Kong fireworks' I think the original track is called.
Nice soundtrack"
3:04-3:08 Incredibles 2 music
I am do happy petters soundtrack of ridding on a bus is included on here:)
11:41 great violin solo!
12:04 Ridin on a Bus, Sittin next to bums, There’s an open seat, hope that isn’t peeee
11:18 "I WISH I HAD NO BONES"
Emission impossible is my favorite.
What is the song like the end of the LET'S GO TO THE HOP beetwen? 4:37 - 4:46 I search the tipe of these oldschool rockabilly musics so many year and i dont find it.
Why can't we get the kinds of action music here in Emission Impossible in these new Mandalorian episodes?
The music had a bigger budget than the show itself.
Definitely
"Breaking Out Is Hard To Do" is like Henry Mancini's "Hong Kong Fireworks"
OMG It IS! THIS IS SO COOL!
O wow! CHiPS...
Where ca I find “and then there were fewer” intro
i just realized but did'nt ron jones make some of the music for star trek the next generation.
3:38 Ace Frehley: “But Mrs. Claus, who would kidnap Santa?”
Mrs. Claus: “Well, Ace, that’s what I want you boys to find out.”
Gene Simmons: “Someone stole Santa? That does NOT ROCK!”
Paul Stanley: “Easy, Gene! Guys, let’s go save Christmas. To the KISS Copter!”
All: “YAAAAAYY!”
Where can I find the Ron Jones stuff from Life Of Brian?
12:03
How I imagine a bus, streetcar, train, or interurban moving along would sound.
What is the name of that song that plays when something sad happens in family guy, I think it's a violin or something
I love modern family guy. They can get really clever and crazy with it since nobody watches it lmao
"Shut up Meg"
-Peter Griffin
Emission Impossible do be sounding like Mars by Gustav Holst
Since the season 19 premiere last week, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Murphy feels concerned for the orchestra players and is unlikely to compose the orchestral score without putting the players at risk of infection. So starting last week, he reuses orchestral elements from the previous last episodes, while he creates newer music by computer programming at home. Same thing when he did new episodes of American Dad!
I honestly though no one would comment about it and it will be "unrealizeable". Although computered-orchestra sounds horribly different than a real one, I think Murphy does a great job dealing with this and the musical cues sound decent. What about Joel McNeely? I realized a few realistic-sounding instruments in the last few episodes of season 17 of American Dad! Are the instruments recorded at home separately?
@@YoniRottner I don't know. Maybe, but even during this situation, McNeely still decided to keep his own score orchestral as it is, while maybe obeying social distancing. And you're right, Murphy did an excellent job with that.
@@YoniRottner Yet McNeely does create the programmed music and mixed with his orchestral ones in the new Christmas special.
@@jct9099 That's right I just noticed that. Brilliant in my opinion.
Starting with Meg Goes to College, Murphy is slowly reverting his musical score back to orchestral.
Was the track at 13:04-13:50 written specifically for the show or is it part of a separate song?
Air-Head It's the music for Jolly Farm I think, and like everything else on the OST is composed by Walter and Ron.

This is cool but there needs to be at least a second volume. Why sit on it when the music is so revered.
can anyone please say music from I’m Peter,Hear me roar 2:20 I beg
I think this plays when the "Women In work place" Scene happens
Does anyone know the original full theme of 6:47-7:03?
Uxío Corbelle
Hello Uxio, try "Hooray for Hollywood".
Fred
Chances are noone will read this because it's obscure af, but I'll throw it out there anyway. Does anyone know where to find the full version of the track that is played in all of the Chicken/Homer fights? I believe on an official soundtrack it's title is "Da Boom" (The name of the episode it's from), there are a few versions out there but they're either not the full version, in low quality, or both. Surely I can't be the only one who's wondering, or maybe I am and noone's gonna respond.
Hello Scott, thanks to your specific comment (featuring the name of the episode) one might can help you! First, the music you hear here in the video was taken from the only CD that is out, featuring original incidental tracks(, yet!). Second, it indeed features a track called "Da Boom" (track 10, about 1:31 min. running time). It seems to be your chicken-fight-music. On the website of the label you can listen to it for a few seconds, maybe it is enough for you to make a result. Anyway, this should be it:

9:12 I want to play this on kazoo.
And I want a kazoo.
What is the musical gender ?
Junes YT trans.
gender? lol. You mean genre? this would be swing/big band.
A lot of it is big band, but there’s a range of styles here. Some emulates 50s light music, some is closer to 70s/80s tv soundtracks, some is more like 70s easy listening.
