      Each pain au chocolat should be 8*14 cm. So the length of the dough should be around 32 cm to yield 4 pain au chocolat.

    How long should it take the dough to rise before you bake them at 320F?

      It can take between an hour to two hours. A good rule of thumb is when they double un size
