Kinda personal- but it’s ok** I remember going through it with my dear husband. There was a season we both didn’t feel heard, loved or respected. The first two years of our relationship, we never ever fought. That changed a bit after we got married and started seeking the Lord deeply and passionately. The enemy HATED that. We also had A LOT to learn and many ways to become more like Christ.

The Lords design in marriage is perfect and when we live aligned in the roles he designed for us and seek Him first, lots of things fall into place beautifully and wonderfully.
.
But ALSO, the enemy loves for us to keep things secret, hidden away, so the cycle continues. We sought help, we sought counseling and we worked on it. The process of sanctification is awesome.
.
If you’re going through it, don’t keep it in the dark, seek biblical counseling you trust. Seek the Lord. It’s worth it. 🩷🩷🩷
