Sorry, I've been traveling most of these last two weeks and I decided to focus on that. I can always watch back videos I missed :) We rented a small bungalow in the woods in the Eastern part of the country. I's so beautiful there. I love the smell of the trees, especially the pine trees. One day I hope to move there, but now with my husband's work that's not possible The noodles look delicious, but perhaps too much perrila for me. I do make a similar quick dish with pesto and pasta. I used to make pizza toast often in the morning but for some reason I don't anymore. I do make my daughter pizza sandwiches for school, with pizza sauce (or ketchup if I have no sauce) a slice of eat and if I have a slice of cheese. We have a hot sando quick pizza spread in the stores and it's so convenient to have. There was kabocha in my supermarket again, so it's really autumn now. It's only available in the regular supermarket during that season. So I need to find my kabocha recipe book to look up recipes. I have found a lot online but somehow I like a recipe book more.

You are actually a pretty accomplished cook (at least it seems to me) and I thoroughly enjoy that. When you say that you are going to "whip" the sink, I think you mean "wipe" the sink. To "whip" means to crack a whip, a leather rope like weave or else to beat egg whites for a more airy texture. No problem though, I think people know what you mean. Keep up the good work, very enjoyable videos!

Hi Linna ! Nice to see you again. I had a wonderful visit with my son Jack Tuesday. He loves the pumpkin bars with creamed cheese icing and the pumpkin chocolate chip bread I made and baked for him. He's coming this next Monday to see me again. I called my daughter Amber up today so I could talk to my granddaughter Abbie and tell her Happy Birthday! She is a teenager now. 13 years old now. Time sure does fly by fast. Just seems yesterday she was a baby and I was holding her in my arms. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and will be walking there. Just a check up. I meant the seaweed you put in the noodles. I notice you use it a lot for extra crunch in your salads. That’s neat. I think you have of course better authentic agreements than I do here in North GA, USA.

That’s the reason why sometimes I really think Japan has over quality. It’s not common at all here, only at cheap supermarket or local market sometimes we see down grade fruits or veggies
The bread can be made at home & you'll know what goes into it because you can control the amount of salt/sugar & no additives or preservatives. Bread wise for a family of 4....homemade bread is better & made with love 💗

Next time you make pizza toast add a top layer of bread then use a cutter to cut through the whole thing. Brush on melted butter and toast. It makes great pizza pockets. You can also dip them in eggs and breadcrumbs then fry to give a crispy coating 😊
Do try Indian recipes linaa we have great vegetarian recipes 😋 we dont support animal slaughter and violence but many do prefer non vegetarian indian recipes too which we dont support..

I wish we had that kind of oil you used. We just have olive oil. Might have seaweed but not sure it’s your kind?

I microwave my asparagus, put it in paper foil with a knob of butter and a sprinkle of water then make an envelope and microwave till tender😊
