I’ve just started watching and had to pause to comment. I’m so buzzin to watch this new 43 minute vlog 😳 Been waiting for ages for the annual Christmas vlog. I can already tell it’s going to be the best one of the year, after the first 2 mins. Please don’t ever stop these vlogs. You are just amazing. Right let’s crack on.
I can. Honestly say this is the only thing on UA-cam I watch from start to finish. Absolute quality. When James annoys Claire and she start to lose it I crack up laughing. 😂
James & Claire, you need to soak your ham in a bowl full of cold water over night or for about 12 hours (if possible change the water for clean water after a few hours) , to draw out the salt. That's why the one you boiled was less salty because when you boiled your ham it took a lot of the salt out of it. Merry Christmas to you all ⛄

And James, pork on the grill is never a bad thing no matter what it looks like when all is said and done. Why? Cause in my mind you slice it down and it's always BACON! --- You can BBQ it - yummy, chop it into cubes for awesome omelets, shred for pulled pork sandwiches or chop it up and add to BBQ beans with chopped onions and cornbread.
