You should talk about torine too... it's a kind of caffeine but even worse. It is present in normal gfuel, monster, redbull and all the other energy drink.
Glad they did away with most artificial flavors but, lowering the Tyrosine while massively increasing Vit B12 is a bad move. Tyrosine is much more effective and they went overkill on the B12. They should have went the opposite way but... $$$

If you haven’t found out yet, no. The hydration flavors all have a weird aftertaste and are 0 calories. The energy tubs have 15 calories and are mostly delicious. I drink hydration for sports, but when working or at home it’s strictly energy tub.

use an actual gfuel shaker and it’s probably just your sickness that’s causing the gfuel to give you a sore throat
