Another idea for Apple Watch sleep apnea is to produce/distribute FDA-approved at-home sleep apnea tests for diagnosis. Sleep studies suck partly because you aren’t at home, and these take-home devices are waaay more comfortable and diagnose just as well.
Do O2 monitoring on infants to prevent SIDS. All the technology is there. If The blood O2 level drops too low. It alerts the parents to come wake the infant. There is no amount of money a parent won't pay. Non-Invasive, makes money and saves lives. What better product could there be.
The word "Sperm" is frequently flagged on FB and Google ads. I currently work in this space and it has its challenges. The simple mention of sperm in marketing will get you 10x thousands of men from India, Russia, etc. wanting to be a sperm donor. We had to negative target all countries and just focus on the USA market AND in our case, only target women.

sippin time baby. I mowed lawns as a little kid for neighbors, one of my first entrepreneurial efforts, and at age fourteen my first 'official' job was working for a landscaping/lawncare small business. I got paid $4 per hour off-the-books. I was thought we shouldn't be driving around so much and should spend the whole doing all the house on a couple streets, barely moving the truck/trailer, if even at all.
The healthcare industry is highly regulated (for very good reasons!). Everything that gives you a valid diagnosis is most probably considered a medical device which you have to certifiy - and this process alone costs a lot of capital and nerves and can't be performed by non-experts. So high moats - not easy for non-experts to tackle.
💯on the secular “church”. I don’t want to go somewhere to worship a deity but I do want a community space where I can go every week and listen to a motivational speech and visit with a group of like minded people.
I dont think robot mowers are there yet for them to be viable. They would need to be vision based, laying down wire takes too long. Also faster mowing.
The AI glasses were crazy!!! I do fear for my children’s privacy though. Which I suppose gives a great cybersecurity opportunity. How do you protect your privacy from facial recognition.
Andrew Wilkinson discusses six startup ideas with Greg Isenberg, including robot lawn-mowing, sleep apnea solutions, computer vision for small businesses, negotiation services, sperm freezing, and community building. They explore market opportunities, potential business models, and implementation strategies for each concept.

I don't understand this so called "negotiation" thing - you can really negotiate things that are considerabley overpriced.Try to negotiate a price of a standard PC computer. It's rather impossible because margins on PCs are thin. Shouldn't you just think what you buy and don't buy overpriced goods and try to negotiate theirs prices afterwards. Don't buy premium goods, buy standard goods instead and you won't be overcharged,
Majority of these ideas aren’t novel or innovative, expected more from Andrew. Seen his other pods, he didn’t bring the same level of energy or intuition to this one
Both Greg and Andrew are both doing well for themselves + run successful businesses. But I think the point of Greg sharing these ideas is A) He understands that ideas are a dime a dozen, and it's about execution. This is particularly true in a world where building the tech involves a lower barrier to entry with the rise of AI coding assistants. Greg literally talks about this at the beginning of the video. B) Execution is contingent on a lot of things, including your network / audience. By sharing these ideas and bringing on great founders, he's creating a lot of goodwill towards his personal brand / his own businesses. So there's literally very little downside for him. C) He's also directly creating a vehicle for lead generation through each video, as more people discover him + his own businesses. D) As he's mentioned in the past, he thinks the future of startups is creator-driven and so he's 'walking the walk' by establishing an audience on youtube and sharing knowledge / advice.

Computer vision for small businesses is a game changer.
This tech can help SMBs compete with larger companies by optimizing customer insights.

New boss character unlocked: Andrew Wilkinson.
The leverage that Andrew has built with Tiny is so impressive

So cool to see Andrew operate in real time investigating the sperm freezing company. What a stud!

@Louisaadamson - Are robot lawn mowers real five or six grand each? That seems very overpriced for a small amount of tech.
these ideas makes lot of money to execute

Curious what other curated directories you think are top notch (besides the mention of Sam's List)

Marketing sperm freezing to avoid having ugly kids is a recipe for hilarious lawsuits.

I think I disagree. He was very tactical on this episode. I like it better than high level philosophical Andrew.
Why doesn't this guy himself become multi billionaire with these ideas instead of sharing, wasting time and energy recording/editing this video? 😅😅😅😅
