Stepping into the full cloak of the Soul Alchemist at work, these online rituals from The Noble Art: From Shadow to Essence Through the Wheel of the Year offer an opportunity for both individual personal healing and empowerment through community engagement.
At the threshold to the darkest time of the year, there is nothing to be done except breath into invitation to rest, listen to the heartbeat of the Cosmos, open yourself to the gathering energies, and await the Light.
There are no activity supplies needed for this ritual. Nothing that is needed other than a comfortable place in which to curl, a favorite chair or a pile of cushions on the floor. You may choose to decorate an altar or a place of focus with the following:
* Items that help connect to your ancestors like photographs or heirloom objects.
* Skulls and calaveras (sugar skulls)
* Jack-o-lanterns, carved gourds
* Statues or photos of psychopomps or those deities that reflect, inhabit or preside over the Otherworld
* An image of the Integrating Hynni of Unity
If you choose, also have the following:
* A fresh unused candle (gold, if you want to align with Hynni)
* A lighter
* A cauldron
* Optional: Candle snuffer
* Optional: Oracle deck
Set your altar and space however feels comfortable and inviting to you. And your ancestors.
