Beautiful shit bro! Can I ask for your help? I just bought xs650 with vm34s. What did you put for jets in carb? 15pj and 175mj? I can't get it to idle.
Did you do the everything in house? I'm looking for someone to do the same to my engine. Thanks. Also are you selling that exhaust system looks like the yo mama. Not sure if that is s.s. And 1 3/4 .
@@Shutchohole In no way is the xs a trumph clone, sure they're both 650cc parallel twins but that's about where the similarities end, the triumph was a dual cam pushrod engine. The xs is a single cam, do some research m8
@@loganjohnson6757 so cam differences make the style of bike different? The metric "Harley Clones" have differences as well. Including v4, overhead cams, etc. Still they are copying the Harley style. My point is, the Xs650 and the Triumph 650 are very similar in the looks dept. Yes some mechanical differences are there. There are probably some things each bike does better than the other. For one, the XS is way cheaper and more plentiful.
Truly one of the best sounding motorcycle engines I’ve ever heard.
Thanks!
I can not tell ya how many times ive watched this! Love it!
Once a week whether I need it or not...
me too bro.... me too.....
Damn, that sounds awesome!
Sounds great guy! I’m you both are gonna get a kick of watching it scream down the road!!!
Sounds very H D esq as opposed to the 270 re phase .
Wonder what the characteristics are for each engine ?
That engine should be in a bike !
That’s sick ‘ man I love the way it sounds awesome’ I’m in love ❤️
It sounds like a cammed up V8! I like, this is 5 years ago is it still possible to do this?
Sounds great 👍
Where were you in 1972 when I bought my 650 Yamaha?

It’s been so long now. I can’t remember. Stay tune to the new build, I’ll go over the VM carbs when I build them for the engine
You might be just a hair big on mains maybe not. But your way small on the slow / pilot jets

I'm so impressed...jiss doing research
Are you looking to build a 277 engine? I still have a few 277 cranks and cams I would sell.
Sounds great
How much $?do you have SS (twin) for Yam. 650 (left &right) exhaust? Nice bike
This exhaust is a Gordon Scott?
Are you doing all the work on these motors?
Yes, I do it all in house.
Oh, dang. I need a whole bike. But want it on the xs650 format. But as a bobber. For a daily rider.
How much horsepower ?
Sweet
Where did you get that key switched?
It,s beast machine
That is SA WEET!
I might get some flak for this, but it sounds like a Harley.
Fucking nice bud 😎👌
Sounds fuckin sick, nasty
How is the vibration on a re-phased xs?
More frequent but with a much lower amplitude
How much did you charge?
What's cost of somn like this??
Holy shit!
What ignition module is that
Looks like hughs
@Jay-jb4vr it’s a Pamco ignition, back when he was still making them. Now Dan from Pandemonium is making the 277 ignitions
Who makes this exhaust
👍.
say the vid year's ago bad ass motor
🥰🥰🥰
Not bad
Bitch sounds cranky...lol...Love it!...
why your choice this engine ?
Poor man's British twin. The yamaha xs650 was a triumph clone.
@@Shutchohole "poor man's" maybe, in my opinion it's the better version of a triumph
