Do you separate the charf from the palm kernel after granding?or you just crush the seed like that without separating the hard cover? The hard cover of the palm kernel is what I am calling charf. Thank you

I only use top feed, I can't tell about others. yes I feed all pigs.
Yes, you can use other Super Starter brand. I use Ultima or Chikun Super Starter though more expensive but has higher protein content than Top Super Starter.

I haven't used it before, so I can't advice to you to use it sir. instead you use grinded maize.
