The realisation that even our biggest enemies are our part of us, is the largest healing, because when you realize does who caused you pain have suffered, lack self love, and see their true darkness, then forgiveness, the most powerful healing tool, will become natural because you can't help but see the light in darkness.. The most powerful force you have is yourself and the compassion that you are in the deepest layers..
