Joseph Kenwood has free software on its website to edit the memories on the ts-2000. Just downloaded and connect your computer to the radio with a Serial cable. That's the easiest way to upload memories into the radio. It will also capture the menu is for you to.
Nice intro video, I look forward to watching the rest of your series on the TS-2000 as I hope to be acquiring one soon. FYI, the link to the Operations Manual has changed, it's now located at: www.kenwood.com/usa/Support/pdf/TS-2000-Owner-Manual.PDF . You may want to update the link in the description of this video to help others find it. Cheers! KI7JQJ
Rick, It looks like you are wearing a Shirt with the Editorial without Words Logo? Are you a Shriner? Are these video's for the Shriners Hospital? I am a member of Medinah in Chicago and we just started the Medinah Shrine Amateur Radio Club.
fitasafiddle Great VHF/UHF RADIO but they need a preamp even there.Far from anything to brag about on HF.The 16 bit DSP is far behind the 32 bit radios of today. Anyone who says otherwise is making stuff up because there have been hundreds of head to head tests done and they show it is not a top notch HF Radio but it works there.
