This one is coooool. Better than last house design of 50x60 plot . My favourite place in this whole house would be the window seat in the each bedroom. This is a well designed house.

U don't have to give 4 kitchens in the house
2 kitchens are enough.
Even a Single Kitchen is good enough. It all depends on the Status & needs of the clients for whom it is designed.
1-Lower ground Kitch is for Servent & Drivers
2-Upper Ground Floor has Pantry Cum Barbeque Area (semi-shaded)
3-1St Floor has one Main Kitchen with Dirty Kitchen Area
4-And also have Live Or Open Kitchen Area with fancy decoration over it.
It's actually dependent on the client's needs. If I was the client... I'd have requested 3.... The live kitchen, I'd have made it as single long Island. And opened the space between dirty kitchen and live kitchen.... Bcuz I love island kitchen setup... So it's totally dependent on the client.

Which software do you use for rendering?
Do you have some idea where the plot size is around 15000 sqft but with a lot of greenery and a small construction of around 3000sq ft in 2 floors where the kitchen area is open towards the balcony sit out I liked the concept of attached kitchen but one portion to be towards the balcony and a little stepped up. And also a small kitchen gaden can be set up in that.

Basement Toilets required sump-pump to mechanically elevate the waste to regular sanitation level. Those details Reflect in working drawings.
