Thank you Shelby, the video turned out amazing! I’ve loved A-frames since I was a kid and plan on keeping the Yay Frame in my family forever. Hosting on Airbnb was a way for me to afford an A-frame. The reason I paid $75k over asking was because there was 17 offers in 3 days, then counter offers. I felt the home was still under valued and understood its earning potential. Most of the renovations were from the previous owner and a lot of the furniture came with the home. I mainly decorated and did small renovations. I plan to add a bathroom one day, and there’s another full bath in the separate cabin. You get both when you rent it. If you get real desperate there’s also an outhouse ;)
