    🧘 Some guidance for meditation if needed:
    1) As the video starts, get into a comfortable and relaxed position. Crossed legs on the floor or sitting with your back straight in a chair are good options. You can also lay down with your hands by your side, palms facing upwards.
    2) When you hear the first chime, gently close your eyes.
    3) Take a few moments to become acquainted with your surroundings - feel the touch of your body on the floor, chair or bed - take in the music and any other sounds around you (there are no “bad” or “annoying” sounds; let them come and go as they are)
    4) Now, focus on your Breath. Notice the rhythm as it ebbs and flows, in and out. Where can you feel it?
    Fast, slow, shallow, deep; there is no right or wrong. All you need to do is observe.
    All you need to do is Be.
    (As an exercise, see if you can notice the moments between each breath, as you are about to breathe in or out)
    5) Each time you realise that you are not focused on the Breath, and maybe up in your thoughts, gently nudge your mind to return once again to the sensation of breathing.
    *Repeat this when necessary - if it’s every few seconds, or every few minutes, it does not matter.*
    Simply keep coming back to the Breath.
    This is the practice.
    6) When you hear the sound of the final chime after the music fades away, gently open your eyes and take in your surroundings. How do you feel?
    Implement this practice with you throughout the day. Each time you notice that you’re up in your thoughts, gently return to the Breath. Be kind to yourself.
    And return to the Here and Now.

    I'll wait patiently for the day I can experience "Ku", the void. In the meantime, I'll try to exercise Heiho as good as I can. His book was pure revelation for me. You can apply all that he's saying in that small booklet in everyday life, even though not in a real battle. We are costantly at war with ourselves (our Mind first) and other people. We should exercise Heiho as much as we can, always trying to improve us and to be better each day that passes. It's only then that we can be truly ready for the challenges of life.

    Will be doing twice daily . Also reducing social media as much as possible. Only use yourube for important stuff not for doom scrolling.
    Man my mind wanders around like crazy
