Correction, it is HM13 for the quest to moon refuge. I'm fairly new to the game and unlocked it at 13. Also, spiders are faster as you only need 15 for the kill quest. If you are there to farm the boxes doing spider farm groups will net you boxes like crazy.

there is a quest that you can repeat as much as you want. you can accept it in your quest letters (J) instead of going to the npcs.

Also as an extra, you can only get up to 40 moonlight buds per day as an additional reward having premium membership (shared between characters I believe).

It's just HM13 to unlock FYI. My GS is there right now at HM13.
how do i get HM13 or 14?
Do you think this is still worth running for all the gear and weapons? Right now, I literally just run around farming costumes... but at some point I need to upgrade everything to move on to higher content.
Can someone tell me if the Naryu Sanctum Bracelet is worth getting does it start off at stage 1 so upgradeable? Also, the king gloves in the video say stage 1 but currently in-game right now they don't which suggest they are the same non-upgradeable one I currently have. I'm worried about wasting buds. thanks

It is not HM 14 it is HM 13. I experienced it first hand yesterday :
I have 3 alts on HM13 and i am currently farming in Moon Refuge on all 3 alts
Just need 2 more soul shield pieces and I’m done

There is a big player base. Find a clan get max level do dailies and weeklies get gear it's easy.

Also anyone wanna tell pros and cons about fire/shadow gunner? x) I can't decide and I know that fire is more popular.
Fire has great burst damage, and okay sustained. Shadow is okay burst but excellent sustained. Personally I enjoy Shadow more.
At the moment shadow is slightly better, but both spec are very good
