  • Ok y'all... It's bleach bypassing time. Have you ever wondered how to bleach bypass film? Well put your chemistry hats on and join me for some fun in the bathroom/darkroom! Lets make some magic! I'll teach you how to bleach bypass film.
    Instructions~
    Prebath: 1:00min
    Developer: 3:30min
    Stop Bath: 30sec
    Fixer: 6:30min
    Rinse: 3:00min
    Stabilizer: 1:00min

    Perfect video man! I’ve just developed my first few rolls of film! Probably wasn’t the best Idea to use a Film I’ve never shot before for that, but I guess they turned out ok.

      The only one I’ve used so far is HC-110. I can’t complain about it.

    What app are you using for timing it all? Looks way nicer than any I’ve tried before

      It's called DevelopIt... It is free on IOS... you program the times out yourself depending on what you are developing and you can save those presets. It's not too shabby. 👍🏼

    Just want to make sure I have it right. You over expose 1.5 stops but you still develops at box speed time, right?

      Hey! You actually underexpose your image 1.5 or 2 Stops not Overexpose ... Your shots will be super de duper blown out ... then develop at box :)

    An excellent demonstration on how to "bleach bypass". Absolutely no information or comment on WHY you would want to bleach bypass, that is to say, why you would waste a fresh roll of film, one batch of color developer, and 30+ minutes of your life you can never get back.
