This video just saved me. Thank you!
Great video. I recycled this faucet from a job demo and needed to figure out how to install the plastic figure 8 part. Thanks buddy
Hi Paul! We're glad that we could help! - GROHE Social Team
Too bad less than 40 seconds were dedicated to the Minta. I would have liked to know how to adjust the spring when the sprayer will not retract back into the faucet.
Great video - only missing information is the part number for the new part post 2016. I called Grohe today and the part number is 4829300 and it comes with the weight. It’s called a shower hose but it is for the kitchen faucet - because the water showers out! So forget the spring and the other stopper part.
Thanks for sharing the part number! - GROHE Social Team
thank you thank you. I have the one closest to the camera, has been driving me crazy for years
No problem. Glad to have been able to help! - GROHE Social Team
got the new hose, but no new spring coil in our case, and called linix today and they are telling us to use the old hose on our ladylux 3 --thanks alot. so now my hubby has to watch this video to try to fix a part that cracked inside the sink. Will never buy this expensive faucet again. My old delta from home depot cost a third of the price and was lasting forever. Poor quality hose ! disappointed in Grohe/linix america!
Do Grohe faucets (ladylux) self retract, or do they need to be assisted with hand?
Hi. I installed Grohe pull out kitchen faucet on 2005. The hose is leaking healvily. How do I know which one I can order? Thanks!
Help, cannot find that stop (figure 8) anywhere including the grohe site for parts , is there maybe an universal one and is it absolutely needed to hold the hose together - any suggestions would be appreciated
Ken I found a small red washer in the hose packaging. Does it go at the quick-connect end or at the spray nozzle? Nothing is dripping, so far. Thanks
Hi Ric, thank you for your question. The red fiber washer is not used with models that use the quick coupler.
The red fiber washer is used on models prior to the coupler. - GROHE Social Team
@@GroheAmerica excellent. Thanks so much!
the weight is a bad idea because the weight bangs into the pipes and the shut offs and it can cause damage.
Hi. What is the difference between Grohe 46298IE0 and 46312IE0
Hello, thank you for your question. It is the same style head but the 46298 comes with a replacement o'ring for the end of the hose. It also comes with a 1.5 gpm restrictor and 2.2 gpm restrictor. The 46312 is the head only. - GROHE Social Team
@@GroheAmerica Thank you very much for your answer. I have one more question.
Do these back-up ring and 1.5 and 2.2 gpm restrictors have product codes? I want to buy.
