I just restrung my esp MH-1000 that has EMG 81 85s and Floyd rose and Grover tuners neck thru. This beast has been in its case for at least 6 months. I finally got it set up, 11-52s perfect float, perfect action tuned in drop C and this track was the first one I have played since setting it up and Immediately wrote something that is solid playing thru this JVM 210h it sounds fkn ridiculous in here with this track
I did a little 7-5 riff on the a string at the beginning with an open E or 5-3 on the A with drop d that fit nicely just following the drums. My fingers just gravitate to that area of the fretboard for standard or drop d tunings, the open E/D sounds so good bouncing off the next string right there.
