Yes my country is not cheap, but you have to remember people here earn very good money, it’s all relative to how much you earn, the value of your currency, etc We have great services here, a high standard of living, we pay for them, you don’t have a high standard by sitting around doing nothing, our working week consists of 42 hours per week. For a lot of tourists Switzerland is expensive because their currency is not worth as much as the Swiss Franc so when they exchange their currency for ours they don’t get as much in Francs. That makes some things here expensive for them. Zurich and Geneva are the most expensive cities here, people earn the most there.
