I just realized... Moonbyul's outfit is a mix of feminine and masculine clothing... Dress, shirt, jeans, pink, black etc. That's her. She fits everything. So amazing.
It doesn't specifically define gender though, just like colors and clothing don't represent women or men, only what you like or don't like🤣

Her voice is literally so dynamic and powerful. She sings with so much emotion and pull, and I think that is even of the reasons why her rapping in Mamamoo are received so well - she has a melodic technique, adapts well to the ranges she finds herself in, and always stands out in a crowd of high-note belters simply because she sings like she always enjoys it. I'm absolutely sure she does. It has been a long time coming for our Byul to be recognized (even more) for her skills in singing. Let's do our best to help her through this, MooMoos! WE LOVE YOU BYUL! She always does a great job, and Mamamoo's name is for sure shining brighter with her representing their stellar reputation in vocals and stage presence in the industry.

You know what I love about this performance? Her voice. Her voice is filling up the whole stage and you don't even realize that time is passing by. You are left yearning for more, for a longer performance afterwards.

Ooh, I was right about the video. The moment I saw Moonbyul starting the song with a dashing smile, I knew she was gonna kill it. But damn, she took all of my expectations and shot them out of the solar system. I couldn't stop smiling throughout the whole video, Moonbyul's smile showed just how much she enjoyed this and she completely dominated the stage at the same time. This feels like a rockstar of 15 years performing as a guest, tbh. JooE wasn't half bad herself, but how do you beat someone having a freaking concert in a competition and making the judges sway to her melody?
Don't get me started on the emotions. 4:17 was especially touching, I felt that shot of emotion more than I heard it in her voice

I loved this stage the most among the contestants because it felt like she wasn't trying to prove anything to anyone. She was really just having the time of her life finally being able to be the main vocal of a whole song on stage. She was really just enjoying herself. It was her moment.

I just realised that Moonbyul would be a good stage designer or would be able to come up with good concepts for stage effects. Her self-chosen effects are not only effective, she syncs them perfectly with her gestures. That red carpet thing was really cool

Want to add, her singing is very stable, the breathing while maintaining high energy for quite a long perfomance. And her directing the concept, first band with paper bag cover and drums to turn into second band with chandelier and party accessories, adding the red carpet, fireworks and Byul's tutu pink dress mixed with black shirt. It's like symbolism on how to turn heart break into a proper party. And the lighting effect at the end is so effective to end with a wow. Moonbyul is genius artist.
