I have been using minox and derma roller 1.5mm on my scalp for 3 months, not great improvement, but my hairline is fallen out that ever. Any help

U are in the shedding stage..the old thin hair will fall out to make way for the new hair..don’t give up
1.5 mm is too big. id go 0.5-1.0mm
