25*3=75
75+9=84
84/2=42
100*9=900
900+42=942

Another way to solve 942
100x9=900
25-9-2=14
14x3=42
900+42=42
Carol Vorderman is slipping. She couldn't solve 885???.
It's a simple exercise in factoring: 15 and 59
8+7=15
8-6=2
25*2=50
50+9=59
59*15=885

FINALLY A CONUNDRUM THAT I WAS ABLE TO GET, (and no before anyone asks i had NOT seen this episode before when i posted that comment, (but i HAVE heard the word throbbing hundreds if not thousands of times.) (and besides who the hell would NOT have gotten that conundrum, except for a friggin newborn baby? LOL. not trying to insult ANYONE btw.)
