It seems like if luck points are high enough in the current patch (or maybe from before as well), there is a small chance of getting a legendary red crystal from a red capsule. I also only got skin shards from the blue capsules as well. I was able to get a legendary shard crystal after about 26 luck points and then my next one early on after the first 100 draws. After that I got my last one after 64 luck points.

I heard that it is possible to unlock the passive from boxes, so it might not worth it to get 4th crystal, would try it next week, due to arcade weekly rewards😂
Yeh you have to get it from legendary crystals. If it wasn’t for wanting to make a tutorial that could show everything that people would need to know I would have just left it at level 9 to be honest. But I want to make a really nicely edited tutorial that would be useful for everyone ASAP but also have it be useful in a month from now when free to player players start to get Vincent lol.
I don’t think anyone should spend crazy money to get the passive for sure. At the very least get that F2P lol. The other hero that just came out is the one that is actually good atm. Spending $200 on the Vincent definitely can wait lol.
Thanks bud :) I am going to show you how to auto win with it in clash with instant knife kills straight from invisible. I will let you know if it is a good strategy at platinum in ranked escort. If it is good at something other than clash consistently I would be surprised though lol
