Your iPhone photos are gorgeous. I am happy I found your UA-cam channel about how to take photos using iPhone. 3-2021 I have an iPhone 8. I have a Canon 5D Mark II also. I think my iPhone 8 captures the sky way better than my 5D Mark II but my 5D Mark II has better bokeh as compared to my iPhone 8. My 5D Mark II camera's sky photos are usually blown out as my iPhone 8 captures the dynamic range in clarity of the sky. I prefer my iPhone 8 for landscape and scenery and I prefer my 5D Mark II for everything else, like macro flower n foliage photos. I mainly photograph still life as a hobby.

On my iPhone 13 Pro main wide angle camera does not activate when i click on 1x or just want to take simple pic, instead picture is taken by telephoto lens, do you know why?
I’m trying to learn how to take the best picture of the Statue of Liberty from far away. It sounds like I should use the 2x but not zoom in digitally at all. Will this work if I get in the picture in the foreground? It seems sort of like the building in your photos.
We recommend using the telephoto lens (2x or 3x) to capture the statue of liberty in the distance. The compression of the lens will make it look closer. You can definitely experiment getting into the picture! I am sure you will get a great shot! :)

I have the iPhone with 3 cameras my question is that when I'm shooting in the night blue dots appear in my photos, somebody can help me why, or what am I doing wrong ? thank you

I have a question sir. In all your videos why do you hold your iphone in a landscape pattern, is there any special reason for them?

what lens for portrait
The 2x lens is a great option for portraits. Emil mentions that in the minute 11:10 (ua-cam.com/video/pwqQrzWwJFg/v-deo.html) :)
I have the iPhone with 3 cameras my question is that when I'm shooting in the night blue dots appear in my photos, somebody can help me why, or what am I doing wrong ? thank you
its just the 12mp camera
It could be digital noise if you're shooting in really dark environments, or if the dots are bigger, they're probably lens flares from a light hitting your iPhone's lens at a certain angle. :) You can learn to get stunning shots on your iPhone every time on our iPhone Photo Academy course, here's the link to join - iphone.to/ipa-r
Why do you step back? Do you have to step back all the time when using different lens?
Not necessarily. You only have to do it if you need to readjust your composition. :)
@@iPhone_Photography_School how to click good 2x photos if the iphone doesn't have telephoto lens
@@Anonymous-nb2om We recommend shooting with the 1x lens and cropping in afterwards if necessary. :)

What if I zoom into 1.5 and then upscale the image in Pixelmator Photo?
That may work, but you'll get the best quality if you don't use digital zoom. :)
Very nicely presented 👍👍!
