Hey guys! What you think, should I take Tharbad now and defend it, or would it be wiser to hide and wait for enemies to come closer before capturing the city? 🙂
Tharbad is a good place to hold the dunlendings and suduri to keep enedwaith on the other side of the river, concentrating their forces on the dunlendings and isengard.
I suggest taking and holding Tharbad. Militia garrison, a general and possibly another ranger unit or wardens once you get them can hold Tharbad for a long time for the Dunland border. Better since Tharbad will generate a lot of income later on. For Angmar border, hold at Ost Sul with Araphor, Militia Garrison and another ranger unit. Also long time you can hold Angmar off there since they will get Nochva Rhaglaw pretty soon. If you take Bruinost and give it to the elves to fortify it. You don't have to worry about Goblins attacking Fennas Drunin anymore. Angmar will take a long time to take Cameth Brin so Fennas Drunin is secure. Tirdhuin is the only settlement you have to defend against the Goblin once this is done, which is hard and I'm not sure on the best action there. You could go for Argond early but it would stretch your army too thin. Overall, very good progression and hopefully you can improve your income and expand and fortify in the next episode. Keep it up.
Thank you for comments mate, this is what fuels mi motivation even more. 🙂 About the Tharbad yes I think too as soon as I can get Militia Garison there it will be so much easier, will try to rush it there. Your plan on the rest is on point similar what I had in mind just wanted to add in it somehow getting the Anuminas early with Aragorn if hobits did not take it already. Limited armies are biggest problem in expandint but again it makes it so interesting for me because of that challenge. SPOILER ALERT: About Tirdhuin, well you will see or you already saw in the ending of the next episode 😅
Hello I think you shall take the town, just check if there are mercenaries, hire them and defend the cit. Argond is a good castle Arnorien one, it is a good place to keep Enedwithe in bay, easy to defend.
Thank you for your tip friend 🙂 just dont forget in this run I cannot hire mercenaries in Eriador only later in Rohan. So I can defend Tharbad only with troops that I have there now. About the Argond you are right there could be really good settlement to take.
Hey mate it is just that if they merge together that will be full stack army against 3 unit of rangers + Elrohir and Elladan. It would be terrible twist in campaign losing them early but I see most of the people saying go for it so looks like It will be “Tonight we dine in hell!” 🤣 Thank you for your comment! 🙂

Thank you for the reply friend! Yea Tharbad with Milita Garison could prove vital in holding the dunlendings at bay.
I think you can still win
Thank you for the support mate! It was rolercoaster of the battle where I almost lost all of my generals at one point but I made it in the end 🙂

Hey, stop **** around and take the city 🤣.
These armys outside are not real threat.
