PSSE-Schroth is the latest advancement in scoliosis and kyphosis treatment, developed by Nikos Karavidas, owner of Schroth Scoliosis & Spine Clinic. PSSE - Schroth method is a program of Physiotherapeutic Scoliosis Specific Exercises, working for Scoliosis and Kyphosis treatment. There is a completely new curve type classification and innovative ideas for 3D concept of correction. It has received influences from many PSSE Schools, but the basis is the original Schroth method.
It was developed by adapting concepts and techniques from all PSSE schools, keeping their advantages and improving their limitations.
Nikos was certified in 5 different PSSE Schools, BSPTS-Rigo Concept (Teacher from 2017-2022, giving more than 40 courses worldwidely), Schroth ISST, Schroth Best Practice, Lyon and SEAS.
