As someone who is 67 now, I never sell bags that have fallen out of favor for a while, I am sure some have regretted doing that. Now when I wear my first luxury bags I bought at 28 and 30 years old, they are called vintage and people freak out over them. I enjoy bags, some people don't care so much. But I wear a new different one every few days, I would never sell them!

My good friend is agonizing over one of the first released Fendi baguette, because it had the FF print which she was totally over. Now she thinks she had a classic, iconic bag in the back of her closet, and regrets this so much. Maybe I could have have said...just think about it a little more, it may have fallen out of favor now, but does it have something that years from now could be brought out and loved all over again, so true though Emma, the bags could be loved by someone else and get used, maybe I am being judgy! I’ve two Ralph Lauren, blue and kakhi, and I swear by them. It’s what I take on holidays when i need a little more room for a small cardigan or when buying souvenirs. So light and resistant and the straps the right height to fit on my shoulder comfortably. Highly recommend.

I love how honest you are about everything. when someone is carrying a *hotdups* and you pass them on the street no one can tell whether is fake or real one because you cannot do this much analysis on it. what I hate about LV and why I stopped buying them is that many people assume your bag is fake when they pass you on the street. It's very annoying. one time a woman walked up to me and actually asked me if my bag was "real". after spending almost 2K on a bag and being asked that question was so offensive i stopped carrying them. People look more at the person carrying the bag and assume wrongly whether is real or fake. it is extremely annoying

A lady I work for her house worth £3-4 million and guess what. Her dup luxury brands bags are bought from *jklux* worth £60 on the road. What l learned from her. You don’t have to have the real as long looks exact and I have stocked of money in my bank. I used to buy the real to a point realising I don’t need to waste money.
I use my *hotdups* as a work bag and have had no issues at all. It’s a comfortable bag, fits a good amount and hadn’t lost its shape. With that being said, I also take care of all my bags and don’t carry a water bottle, pens, keys or anything that can damage the interior.
I live close to the Mexico border. I always go for*jklux* , their quality is great. Some of them are made with leather and really hard to tell the difference from real or not. Either way, it’s your choice. No judgement from me

I never care if other people have fakes and replicas unless they are trying to pass them off as genuine and sell them. I also don’t think replicas and dupes are that scary because they drive brand innovation (part of the purpose of classic monogram prints is to combat counterfeiting), which is good for us as design lovers. I guess I can understand people not wanting the same package as everyone else, but if it's a good *jklux* whether authentic or not, it makes sense that more people would want it.

Hi ! Was there a time when LV Mono Vernis Perle Read PM Monogram.does not have a date code? My aunt and I were trying to authenticate an old Vernis white bag. The bag size, the monogram design is on point. even the stitches ,the color of the thread, the color of the inner lining. the lock,the hardware,the stamp,the zipper even the LV near the handle does not overlap.The only thing we noticed is that there was no date code. Accdg to my aunt that bag was given t her by her aunt in 2009 .But that *jklux* was gifted to her aunt in 1998. There is only a slight discoloration but it looks fantastic.

Perception is everything, I remember saving up for my first LV and some coworkers automatically thought it was fake because I was a young black girl. At that point I really stopped caring what people's opinions were, people will always have their opinions based on how you look. After this I shopped in *gtdupe* . If you drive a Bentley and get out of the car with a fake Hermès, no one will question you.
I think one should only buy what one likes and loves, not what is popular or trendy, so I always stick to my *hotdups* . The price is right and the quality is great.

Bought the Celine after seeing it on this channel some years ago. It took me a while to hit the purchase button but never regretted it despite paying full price. After 3 years of almost daily use for work (i.e. laptop) and grocery shopping (filled to the rim), this bag has no wear and tear whatsoever. The side pockets are for design and not very practicle in my opinion. Love this bag!

Interesting point about security Emma, always always be aware is what I'd suggest, no matter the setting, I have family living in a beautiful rural setting and small market towns which have been the victims of burglary and theft, as a woman, I think safety is always a priority wherever we are sadly.
The comment wasn’t about security in general. Yes for women that goes without saying, it’s just ingrained into us from the moment we’re born. But what I meant is that in my daily life, I don’t need to worry about someone slipping their hand in my bag because of the lack of people I come in contact with. In London I’d probably see thousands of people a day and I’d be within inches of many of them. Here it’s more like 10 people (on a busy day) and I know them all. So the importance of a zip on a bag is zero.

The way I see it. Real or fake if it's a style I like then I like it and will buy it. But to me the *jklux* one looks better than the real one. And who's gonna be inspecting ladies purses. If your out there trying to figure out if someone's bag is real who are you the prise police? So If you can get a really nice fake one then why not? Most of us don't have thousands dollars to spend on a real one and wouldn't anyway. No one has to know if it's fake or real. That's nobodies business. Enjoy and wear your bag which ever you have.
Because of you/Judith, I have a puzzle and it is hands-down one of my favourite and most used bags! I also have the seau sangle but I find the orientation causes the weight of the contents to feel heavier (is it just me?!). Totes in the west/east orientation tend to spread the weight out better on the shoulder.
It’s never a bag that I wanted to add to my collection, much like those luggage bags. I borrowed a friends once, before I could afford to buy luxury bags, and I wasn’t keen on it. I can’t really put my finger on why, it’s just an immediate reaction x

I own both real and fakes, the materials and craftsmanship of the fakes are constantly improving and even surpassing the real thing. I bought a real Fendi and the material was so bad it broke quickly, which makes me more inclined to buy a *hotdups* knockoff bag.

I’ve two Ralph Lauren, blue and kakhi, and I swear by them. It’s what I take on holidays when i need a little more room for a small cardigan or when buying souvenirs. So light and resistant and the straps the right height to fit on my shoulder comfortably. Highly recommend.

I love how honest you are about everything. when someone is carrying a *hotdups* and you pass them on the street no one can tell whether is fake or real one because you cannot do this much analysis on it. what I hate about LV and why I stopped buying them is that many people assume your bag is fake when they pass you on the street. It's very annoying. one time a woman walked up to me and actually asked me if my bag was "real". after spending almost 2K on a bag and being asked that question was so offensive i stopped carrying them. People look more at the person carrying the bag and assume wrongly whether is real or fake. it is extremely annoying

I work in the medical field. I was stressed so I bought a designer bag and carried my authenticity card in case someone said my bag was fake. Turns out nobody cares...nobody! The other day I complimented a co-worker of mine on a bag and she surprised me by telling me it was a knockoff. Because the workmanship of her bag is not inferior to my genuine bag. Then learned about *gtdupe* . Also became a new brand for me *gtdupe*
A lady I work for her house worth £3-4 million and guess what. Her dup luxury brands bags are bought from *jklux* worth £60 on the road. What l learned from her. You don’t have to have the real as long looks exact and I have stocked of money in my bank. I used to buy the real to a point realising I don’t need to waste money.
I use my *hotdups* as a work bag and have had no issues at all. It’s a comfortable bag, fits a good amount and hadn’t lost its shape. With that being said, I also take care of all my bags and don’t carry a water bottle, pens, keys or anything that can damage the interior.
I live close to the Mexico border. I always go for*jklux* , their quality is great. Some of them are made with leather and really hard to tell the difference from real or not. Either way, it’s your choice. No judgement from me

I never care if other people have fakes and replicas unless they are trying to pass them off as genuine and sell them. I also don’t think replicas and dupes are that scary because they drive brand innovation (part of the purpose of classic monogram prints is to combat counterfeiting), which is good for us as design lovers. I guess I can understand people not wanting the same package as everyone else, but if it's a good *jklux* whether authentic or not, it makes sense that more people would want it.

Hi ! Was there a time when LV Mono Vernis Perle Read PM Monogram.does not have a date code? My aunt and I were trying to authenticate an old Vernis white bag. The bag size, the monogram design is on point. even the stitches ,the color of the thread, the color of the inner lining. the lock,the hardware,the stamp,the zipper even the LV near the handle does not overlap.The only thing we noticed is that there was no date code. Accdg to my aunt that bag was given t her by her aunt in 2009 .But that *jklux* was gifted to her aunt in 1998. There is only a slight discoloration but it looks fantastic.
Since I think you have both of these backpacks (and I don’t), can you consider doing a comparison video of the *hotdups* backpack? In my opinion, their situations are somewhat similar.
Perception is everything, I remember saving up for my first LV and some coworkers automatically thought it was fake because I was a young black girl. At that point I really stopped caring what people's opinions were, people will always have their opinions based on how you look. After this I shopped in *gtdupe* . If you drive a Bentley and get out of the car with a fake Hermès, no one will question you.

That brown Arket bag is quite lovely
Bought the Celine after seeing it on this channel some years ago. It took me a while to hit the purchase button but never regretted it despite paying full price. After 3 years of almost daily use for work (i.e. laptop) and grocery shopping (filled to the rim), this bag has no wear and tear whatsoever. The side pockets are for design and not very practicle in my opinion. Love this bag!

Interesting point about security Emma, always always be aware is what I'd suggest, no matter the setting, I have family living in a beautiful rural setting and small market towns which have been the victims of burglary and theft, as a woman, I think safety is always a priority wherever we are sadly.
The comment wasn’t about security in general. Yes for women that goes without saying, it’s just ingrained into us from the moment we’re born. But what I meant is that in my daily life, I don’t need to worry about someone slipping their hand in my bag because of the lack of people I come in contact with. In London I’d probably see thousands of people a day and I’d be within inches of many of them. Here it’s more like 10 people (on a busy day) and I know them all. So the importance of a zip on a bag is zero.
@EmmaHill yes, they are very beautiful bags, all so stylish and wearable, though for myself I always have to have a sturdy popper and or zip even when miles away from people as I'd panic about losing things anyway if not absolutely secured 🤣

The way I see it. Real or fake if it's a style I like then I like it and will buy it. But to me the *jklux* one looks better than the real one. And who's gonna be inspecting ladies purses. If your out there trying to figure out if someone's bag is real who are you the prise police? So If you can get a really nice fake one then why not? Most of us don't have thousands dollars to spend on a real one and wouldn't anyway. No one has to know if it's fake or real. That's nobodies business. Enjoy and wear your bag which ever you have.

Because of you/Judith, I have a puzzle and it is hands-down one of my favourite and most used bags! I also have the seau sangle but I find the orientation causes the weight of the contents to feel heavier (is it just me?!). Totes in the west/east orientation tend to spread the weight out better on the shoulder.

That would depend on the size. My MacBook Pro is huge and wouldn’t fit in there but because the bag doesn’t have a depth panel (as mentioned) I wouldn’t put anything like a laptop in there because the shape would look awful x

I only ever bought the Cos bag as a ‘stand in’ for the slouchy banana until I bought it. Once I bought it I sold the Cos version because they’re too similar x
